Our Process

We always start our process with a call. We want to get to know you! Complete our survey and learn about the experiences we offer. Once you pay your deposit, your spot is secured!

  • We offer multiple group trips per year to various regions throughout Italy. From Venice to Florence, each journey is customized by Belinda and no two trips are the same.

  • Once you've chosen your journey, we send you a deposit invoice. Deposits are 20% of the total trip cost. Seven days from the original booking,deposits are no longer refundable. You can see our trip cancellation policy and other terms and conditions HERE. We require each traveler to obtain travel insurance for their trip. Things happen and we want to ensure the best experience possible.

  • Once you have paid your deposit, we encourage you to book your flight at your convenience. If you prefer to have someone plan your air travel, please let us know. 60 days out from our trip, we send the full itinerary and trip details to you. Get excited!

Hosted Group Travel

Group itineraries are planned and scheduled throughout the year for groups of no more than 7-10 women depending on the destination. No two trips are ever the same - you can expect new adventures and venues as our leaders uncover more Italian treasures for you to explore. All lodging is single occupancy; select meals, transportation, activities and entrance fees are included in one simple price, so you can relax and let Italy work its magic. This is truly effortless and immersive travel.

Alongside this, I also design hosted trips for couples, offering a personal, one-on-one approach to travel planning for those seeking a deeply tailored and intimate experience for men and women.These bespoke itineraries are individually designed, drawing on the same philosophy of intentional travel, elevated experiences, and thoughtful details—but crafted exclusively for couples.

Did you know that in addition to hosted experiences, we also offer bespoke, insider trip planning? From elegant city apartments, country villas or casual agriturismos; self catering or with full amenities, we can find your perfect holiday rental. We can also help you plan your days whether your travel ethos is to be poolside, on a scenic hike, exploring sites, or enjoying local culinary and wine experiences. Together with my team of professionals in Italy, we will plan your perfect Italian holiday!
