Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement
Every Riccio traveller agrees to this agreement when they reserve a place. It sets out what Riccio Travel is and is not responsible for, what your trip price does not include, and the deposit and cancellation policy.
In short: your deposit is refundable for 7 days and becomes non-refundable on day 8. The balance is due 90 days before arrival and is charged automatically to the card you reserved with. With Riccio’s approval, you may transfer your place to a suitable replacement for a $100 administrative fee. The full agreement is what governs.
